Refund/Rescheduling Policy for AIDA Course & Session, Wraysbury Lake Session and Mermaid Classes:
For a full refund or to reschedule your course/session we require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice prior to the course/session start date. If you cancel or ask to reschedule later than this then we will do our best to fill you space on the course and send you a partial refund minus 20% admin fee. If any course is cancelled by us for any reason, then you will receive a full refund or option to book onto the next available course.
Returns & Refund Eligibility for:
-Freediving London T-shirts, Freediving London Caps, Freediving London Beanies, unbranded neck weights and unbranded masks and snorkels.
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including any tags and original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds/Returns of DeepHumans products purchased through our website:
- Items must be returned within 15 day from delivery
- Items must not have been used
- Customer may incure shipping fees

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@freedivinglondon.co.uk and we will be in touch with a return postage address.
If you are returning items from a 3rd party company (Alchemy or DeepHumans) via our website then please refer to the relavent companies exchange, refund and return policies.
