Escape to the naturally heated thermal waters of the Y-40 dive complex and spa, for three days of relaxation and depth training!
This unique trip offers 4 immersive freediving sessions and full spa access, giving you the chance to work on your depth training under the expert guidance of our experienced instructors before relaxing in the spa to prepare for you next dive. Whether you’re refining your skills, pushing your limits or you just want a few days of peace and mindfulness, you’ll have the perfect environment on this trip.
You’ll be staying in the Hotel Terme Millepini which is a spa hotel attached to the 41.5m deep diving pool. You will have full access to the spa facilities for the duration of your stay, so you can literally go from your room, to your dive session and then the spa, wearing just your swimming costume and robe.
This trip is not only about training but also about forming friendships and becoming part of a passionate community.

What’s Included:
- Accommodation – Hotel Terme Millepini (shared or private rooms available)

- Airport transport (as long as you arrive & depart around the same time as our instructor. Select a date from the drop down menu to see the flight details)
- 4x training session in Y-40 (1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday and 1 on Wednesday. Dive sessions are 90mins each)
- Expert guidance for our seasoned instructor.
- Plastic and carbon fins, monofins, snorkels, and lanyards are available for free rental with a deposit of an ID.
Not included:
- Flights to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport
- Masks and computers can be rented for €5 per piece per session, subject to availability (These are mandatory for your dive)./

* Thermal SPA – access from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm – (it is compulsory to wear swimming cap and flip-flops, not included in the Kit Spa)

• Grotto “Ninfea” with thermal vapors with thread-like showers and reactivating cold tubs;
• Biosauna humid at 60°
• Finnish Sauna at 90°
• Kneipp paths – inside and outside – with river pebbles;
• Access to cervical waterfall with revitalising path;
• Grotto “Gea” with chromoteraphy and whirlpools – in the outdoor pool;

You must have completed an intro/AIDA 1 (or equivalent) freediving course in order to attend this trip
Once booked the trip is non-refundable. If you book and can no longer make it then we will do our best to fill your place and send you a refund (minus £50 admin fee) but this is not guaranteed.
